CHRIS AQUILINO, FMP

Founder, Chief Culinary Officer 

Chef Chris Aquilino is an award-winning, chef, culinary leader, sustainability expert, culinary architect, brand ambassador, advisor, author, public speaker, and visual artist with more than 30  years of industry experience.

 

The culinary driving force behind numerous multi-million-dollar national foodservice concepts, and brands specializing in recipe development, branded content creation, smart menu design, culinary sustainability, food waste management and recovery, food styling, and photography. 

 

Chris is the Founder and Chief Culinary Officer for Further Culinary Group, a boutique food service consulting and creative firm out of Charlotte NC, the Photographer and Food Stylist and Culinary Ambassador for Forever Oceans, and the VP of the Charlotte Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.

Leigh-Anne Wooten
MS, RDN/LDN, FAND, LSS BB

Executive Nutrition Consultant

Leigh-Anne has spent almost two decades guiding companies on sustainable nutrition strategy and has served as the subject matter expert for C-suites and clients representing many of Forbes' Top 100 Companies.  Her goal is to effectively infuse evidence based nutrition, wellness & sustainability philosophy into brands.  The projects she works on are incredibly diverse and include developing nutrition-focused brand strategies, blogging & content development, product spokesperson, trend guidance, recipe/menu development & nutrient analysis, regulatory guidance on menu labeling & consumer packaging, and speaking engagements.

Leigh-Anne has her Master's Degree in Nutrition Science, is a Registered & Licensed Dietitian, a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.  She also has extensive project management experience to complement her nutrition background, bringing years of leadership, lean methodologies, collaboration experience, and personal passion to the table.
